Soup for dinner : Chicken cream soup

Have I told you that I'm addicted to make an easy dinner?
And making a good healthy soup from starch is also something.
Without any preservative and chemical flavoring inside.
This soup is warm and good until the last drop.
I made a stecca to dip inside my soup.
Yes, this is addictive!

Roti pagi ini : Almond and apricot bread

Perfect combination between nuts and fruit is always make your bread special. Dried apricots and almond is one of the answer. This bread is kind of beyond water for fermentation. I use mix of water and peanut (almond) butter for base.

Soup for dinner : Mushroom soup with Ciabatta

Please don't call this boring. Again I make a nice warm soup from the starch for our dinner. And yes! Its is addictive. And easy. And healthy.

And please don't tell that I'm exaggerating, this is a historical moment for me as a baker. That today I can make my own ciabatta with a right taste, texture and method.

Soup for dinner : chicken soup for the soul

Yes, it is addictive. To have a warm tasty soup for dinner. Its yummy, healthy and easy. 
That's all you need as a cook.

Lets call it side dish

Before, I always skeptical to have a good chicken soup from the starch. I hate all the recipes with a ready to cook broth that contain a lot (I mean a looot) of sodium in it. And I don't like the 'cold' feeling after you sip your soup, with a warm feeling after you sip it until the last scoop, this one definitely a keeper. I made also a baguette and olive bread as a 'side dish'.

Soup for dinner : Chick peas soup and focaccia

Chick peas soup, made from starch. Creamy and yummy.
I made pizza bianca as a side. Pizza bianca also known as focaccia, or just called it naked pizza. I put thyme and olive oil as a topping. Enjoy!
